AI help that fits how your business works.

What keeps landing back on your desk?

Tell Jason what happens now and what you'd like to work better. He reads every inquiry himself and tells you plainly whether he can help, what it would take and what it would cost, before you agree to anything.

  • No account needed
  • Free fit call when the work is a match
  • Asking doesn't book or charge anything

Where most people start

Does any of this sound familiar?

Here are a few common situations, and what we'd do about each one.

Customers say yes, then nobody follows up?

We find where the handoff breaks, give the next step a clear owner and set up a simple way for your team to see what's waiting. Tools you already use stay where they work.

Answering the same questions every week?

We turn repeat questions into clear answers people can find on their own. If AI might help, we test it on your real questions first and keep it only if the test shows it's worth it.

Not sure whether AI fits your business?

We start with the task, not the tool. In an agreed consultation or assessment, you'll see your current way, a simpler change and an AI option side by side. Any setup is a separate decision after that.

Planning a change to your home technology?

We plan one setup with you: which devices, what it costs and who to call when something stops working.

The process

How does it work?

Four steps, and you decide at every one of them.

  1. Tell us what's going on

Describe one task and how to reach you. Leave out private client records and passwords.

You get: a receipt number and a real person reading it.

  2. Agree what we'll look at

If it fits, we talk it through on a free call. Paid work starts only with a written agreement on scope, price, timing and what information we can use.

You get: the terms in writing before anything is charged.

  3. Choose with the full picture

Within the agreed work, we look at how the task really happens, then compare your current way, a simpler fix and an AI option where one makes sense. Costs, effort and unknowns are spelled out.

You get: a recommendation you can accept, change or decline. Any setup needs its own agreement.

  4. Use it and check it helped

If you go ahead, we set it up, show your people how to use it and compare the results with where you started. Support is agreed in writing.

You get: a working setup, a handoff and a way to reach us.

What you can hold us to

How will you know we can actually fix it?

You shouldn't have to take our word for it. Here's how the work is set up.

You see the plan before you pay.

Scope, price and timing are written down and agreed first. Asking costs nothing.

It fits the people doing the work.

We look at how the task really happens and test changes on normal days, including the messy cases.

We check that it helped.

Results are compared with where you started, and defects covered by the agreement get fixed.

Your project stays in one place.

Once a project is set up with you, signing in shows its published updates, agreed steps and project messages, within the access and record-keeping terms we agree.
