About Jason
Will the idea hold up on a real workday?
I'm Jason Esler. My experience brings people development, daily operations, sales and hands-on technology together. Business workflow consulting builds on that experience; Home technology setup draws on my personal networking and device projects.

I want small-business owners and their teams to spend less time sorting out the same problems. That starts with understanding the work and trying a change the people doing it can use.
This is a purpose to work toward, not a guaranteed outcome. A tool earns its place when it improves the actual work without leaving the team with a bigger burden.
With the people doing the work. First, I want to understand what happens now. Is the problem a missing instruction, an unclear handoff, a skill gap or a tool that makes the job harder? The answer should come before the purchase.
For me, that means understanding how work moves through a business, then finding practical ways to make the next step clearer.
My hands-on AI, website and networking work informs that approach. Those personal projects are learning and testing work, not paid-client case studies.
Small businesses can start with the work they want to improve; they don't need to arrive with an AI project in mind. Consulting is useful on its own; implementation, extra training and monthly maintenance are optional.
Where are you based?
In the Greater Kansas City Area. Fit, location and availability are reviewed before any onsite commitment. Business, Home setup and Community volunteer help have separate paths. The process and guides explain how I work through a task. Paid work and onsite demos are still being prepared.
