Business workflow consulting
Tell Jason what happens today and where things get stuck. If it looks like a fit, a free call helps you decide whether to look further. Advice, testing, setup and support are separate choices, each with a proposed price below. Sending an inquiry doesn't book any work.
Before choosing a tool
Your team may be getting quicker answers from AI while quotes, approvals or handoffs still get stuck.
80% of respondents reported better individual productivity.
37% reported at least some positive impact on their organization's earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT).
McKinsey & Company, The state of AI in 2026: On the road to ROI, August 25, 2026. These are respondents' own reports: 1,719 people in 97 countries, surveyed May 4 to June 8, 2026. The two figures describe different outcomes, and they aren't Vibz Studio client results.
We'd start by looking at how the work moves: where it waits, what information is missing, and who needs to act next. That gives us something concrete to compare before recommending a tool.

Before you decide
Yes. Use the recommendations yourself or with another provider. If the same company accepts a Vibz implementation in writing within 60 calendar days of its paid assessment delivery, a $500 assessment credit is deducted once from its implementation invoice. Confirm the credit in the quote; it isn't a cash refund. Pilot credits apply only when expressly quoted.
By agreed invoice, not through this website. After written scope acceptance, Jason issues an invoice with due dates and any agreed deposit or milestone schedule. Any prepayment or milestone schedule is specified in the accepted proposal; this page doesn't adopt a payment schedule. No payment or booking happens through the inquiry form.
Any extra work, travel charge or overage needs your approved written quote. Hardware and licenses are itemized separately. You know the final total and payment schedule before you commit. Earlier paid stages aren't automatically required; any prerequisite and fee must appear in the proposal. Delivery has its own review, correction or stop decision before handoff.
